Authenticate a Transaction
We’ve developed a single source of truth for all valid transaction certificates issued from active certification bodies from October 2022. Check if the transaction certificate you are holding is authentic by entering the required information and matching the return values. Lodge an enquiry with your certification body if you cannot find your certificate or if the return values do not match.
Scheduled Maintenance
We will be performing urgent dTrackIT database maintenance to prevent delays in data availability for reports and APIs. The maintenance window is scheduled from 5 November 2025, 6:00 PM UTC to 7 November 2025, 6:00 PM UTC.
During this period, reports and the database will not be refreshed with the latest data. Please note that only data submitted up to 5 November 2025, 09:02:07 UTC will be available in the reports until the maintenance is completed.
